E—DOCEO separates documented facts, first-party test results and interpretation so readers can see what a conclusion is based on.
Sources
Technical claims that depend on a product, model or software version should prefer primary documentation, official repositories and specifications. Sources are used to establish documented behavior; Lab measurements are reported separately as observations from the stated environment.
Testing
We do not publish invented benchmark values. A Lab page marked VERIFIED must correspond to a procedure actually reproduced on the environment named in that record. Tests include limitations when hardware, operating-system behavior or measurement tools constrain what can be concluded.
Corrections and updates
Software changes. When a material error is found, the page should be corrected rather than preserved for appearance. Material retests should retain enough context to distinguish a new software or hardware configuration from the earlier result.
Comparisons
Comparisons should expose concrete differences—capability, compatibility, resource use, speed, cost or workflow—without hiding them behind an unexplained aggregate score.
Independence
Editorial conclusions are based on documented evidence and E—DOCEO's own recorded tests. If commercial relationships are introduced in the future, they should be disclosed where they could be relevant to the reader.
